Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Participant
Participants have the right to cancel their enrollment in a course or online program, subject to the following conditions:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deduction of an administrative fee.
To initiate a cancellation, participants must contact our support team at connect@muthukumarjeyaraj.com with their full name, course details, and reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation by the Organizer
We reserve the right to cancel a course or online program due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or other reasons. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy outlined above.
- Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method.
2. Refund Process
- Once a cancellation request is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 21 business days.
- Participants will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Certain non-refundable items may be specified in the course or program description.
- Any additional materials or services explicitly marked as non-refundable will not be eligible for a refund.

Given the inherent nature of our business and the instant access to our products upon purchase, we have instituted a liberal 7-day full refund policy, commencing from the purchase date. Silver Membership (8-week challenge), Gold Membership(90-day Challenge), Diamond Membership.
3-day, 4-day, 5-day Workshop (Morning and Evening batches) are Non-Refundable Products
Should the product you have acquired fail to meet your expectations, you are welcome to get in touch with us at connect@muthukumarjeyaraj.com within 7 days from the purchase date, and we will promptly arrange a complete refund for you.
